can chat mode issue be permanent ?

in Bugs and Known Issues
as usual when i am chatting with one of my contacts in game suddenly the messages stopped to send from me and since then whenever i type something and send messages are not sending is it a issue or maybe something else do anyone have solution for restart the chat?? those in my contacts are thinking that i am mad at them but i am not mad at anyone i came across a problem and i cant solve it. if anyone have solution then please help me.🙏
