5k glory, no line, good BG score, 2 group casual war (G4)

Hi all, looking for 2...
We have 21k average prestige. G4 war is only 2 bgs; casual war in effect, although would be great if you want to play war.
AQ. We run map 5 and hit 5,000 glory per round. No raids, until they add raid tickets to map 5!
We are also decent enough in Battlegrounds and everyone is pretty much active daily and Paragons.
We ideally want 15k+ prestige so you don't find the map too punishing, and barring AQ that's it. No minimums, no line as well. You only need to play the game, not maintain a chat tool too!! :-)
(Although we do have very active in game chat!)
