Problems with BG

in Bugs and Known Issues
Just today While playing BG I started having problems with the game. Even in battles against low-level summoners, when entering a duel and starting the character selection, it takes me out of the game and when restarting, they automatically give him the victory.This happens continuously even when I have managed to take away more than 50% of his life halfway through the battle.
