I'm a player in the MCOC for over 9 years. And just recently tried setting up an account in the kabam site store. And when trying to get rewards through the store they sent it to the wrong account. When I've reached out to them repeatedly about this mistake they made I keep getting the run around about how I can't prove ownership of this account. I've had this account almost as long as the game has been around. This is **** and needs to be addressed. These idiots need to figure out there ****.

Words of advice: been playing for 9 years, newly created forum account, and this attitude of yours on your first post won't endear you to many on the forums.
