Login calendar/Milestones question

Hello, I am a new player, 40 days old account. Yesterday I have completed the Uncollected milestone, completed chapter 5-2 of story mode. But now the daily 7 day login calendar which used to provide premium crystal shards everyday has disappeared completely. Also the Grandmaster Calendar with Grandmaster crystals didn't unlock for me. Relics have unlocked though.
Today I didn't receive the premium crystal shards as my login reward.
Is this some kind of bug or I am misunderstanding something? Thanks.

    In about 3.5 hours the next calendar milestone will be claimable, should update then. If that doesn't happen, then you can contact support by clicking the gear in the top left corner of the game and scrolling down to Support
