RAID EXPLORATION REWARDS BUGGED?

My alliance had fully explored 2 battlegroups (yes all nodes were covered in both) and i have received ranked, and completion rewards. BUT I haven’t received any exploration and conqueror rewards.

I’ve seen that other people are experiencing this after (some of) the rewards came out, I would just like to know if this is a bug or something’s gone wrong in game

    But have you gone to the end, after the boss was defeated, did you go to his place(node)?

    Once the boss is defeated the player that defeated them automatically goes there. It doesn't matter after that.

    Yeah in both battlegroups. Some of my alliance members have received the rewards but I and some others haven't

    Yeah in both battlegroups. Some of my alliance members have received the rewards but I and some others haven't
    Well that's completely different issue than not receiving exploration rewards, open a ticket.

    Can’t open a ticket since I use an old email for the game that I don’t have access to anymore. They just ask me to do some weird security questions like “when did you first log into the game” LIKE IM GOING TO KNOW THAT and what the price of my first three in game purchases are. Like im going to know that too. And then when I answer them as well as I could they still say they can’t help
