Need help on rank ups

Recently I got my hands on several new 6 stars thanks to events, but I'm not up to date with tier lists nor I understand them much. Can i have some advice on who to focus on?

    If you’re looking for some decent tier lists, look at Lagacys and Vegas on YouTube

    I'd start with Kitty, Clairevoyant and Mister Sinister

    If you can dupe Kate, she’s your best champ.

    Otherwise probably Sinister from what I hear about his rework being great.

    BWCV is also a very useful champ at your level.

    I do have a red gem to awaken a talent 6* but no way to rank up her signature ability
