Hey kabam and all their customers and so called support team Zendesk so guys I am sending support ticket to kabam continues wasting my time and money and thye just reply same answer every time and their security question worst questions ever to verify ownership guys who remembers 5 years ago transactions I have suggestion for the support team and kabam please guys update the process of verification of ownership I literally wasted my 5 years in this game and thye can't solve my one issue I just want transfer my google play games to kabam account and thye can't solve this issue thye literally wasted my time and my health and my mental health please guys solve my issue and I also sending support request from my orginal mail and thye still can't verify ownership so please solve my issue thye can't solve customers problem thye can't even ban modders and can't resolve legit players issue kabam if you seeing this please contact me and don't send your half minded support team I want to contact officials

U may be an modder trying to hack someone's account
If u have the mail - just search every transaction have some common key words ,just search it(u don't need to remember it)
See this transaction details but I don't know which I made for my main account that's the problem my brother
When i was asked to verify ownership i sent the screenshots of my ealiest purchases... That passed and I was helped.
Dude I send every minimalist details of mine account I change my account name that screenshot I also send to them Google play games access give screenshot to them but they didn't verify ownership still
I send them every detail and still thye can't confirm thye just destroying my patience and my mental peace
You have to contact them with the right mail from the beginning.
Tbh take 5 mins calm down.. write a new ticket with details.. that screenshot of your tickets is a bit messy...
