Forgot my MCOC creation date

Hi
I sent a ticket to Kabam support but they want to confirm my account creation date which I dont remember now.
I remember the month and year but they want date too.

Any help please.

Went with google achievement "the explorer" which shows date and month of 2019 but kabam support says that its incorrect!

    This happened to one of our alliance officers, he also remembered month and year but not date, idk why kabam expects everyone to remember such insignificant stuff.

    He lost his account and now he's not in contact with us, for all I know he created a new alt and progresses slowly.

    Your google play store should show somewhere when you first downloaded the app. Assuming this is your only account and not an alt.

    i lost my previous account because of that . Its the most BS thing to ask . well you could try each day separately as you know the month and year

    I'm pretty sure Kabam wouldn't consider 30 different date requests.

    you can check ur play games app (if ur on android) and find the achievements record, check when you got your first 2 star champ, that is likely when your account created. I hope this helps
