This is great news, as with some changes, both will become even more powerful than before. And they'll be released alongside Sable in January? Huge W

    They already did that rebalance and said shes at a good spot which she is since all the skills she ignores of abilities

    Balancing notes don’t mention it so it’s probably not happening, but I’m still coping and I really hope that they consider making Arcade’s pre-fights last until the opponent is defeated instead of just for one fight attempt. It feels really bad when you mess up once, die, and now you can’t even revive Arcade and go back at it because you lost access to the crucial utility that let him handle that fight in the first place.

    If they are willing to rebalance Northstar and Arcade, then it’s likely Leader and Patriot will also get similar treatment

    Sort of. Torchs still has a chance to come back each fight though.
