  Hello.
  What we offer
  - AQ map 6*4
  - Raids 100%
  - AW last 3 seasons g1 (why we are recruiting)/p5/p6
  - BG no minimum- no pressure. Only time we have minimum is when alliance rewards are beefy. We have 10-15 folks score 300k+ and then some folks score between 100k-250k.
  
  What we ask
  - complete assigned paths in timely manner
  - communicate within your assigned BG
  
  That's it. We plan on getting back in platinum and we are actively removing the folks that failed our asks.
