I’m conflicted between critical rating and special damage.

    Some say crit rating is better while others say special damage is better

    But keep in mind special damage only increases the hit damage and not the shock

    With crit rating you crit more often which gives more red damage on basics

    When in doubt test it on winter soldier, I’d imagine the special damage would be better as that’s his main damage source, but I haven’t test it personally.

    Sorry I wasn't meant to be rude but I want people to read the kit first before asking from other and as for stat focus crit rating benefits him more because if he crits he will do burst of shock damage and if one of the special attack 2 hit crit then boom sp2 will hit so hard and special attack damage stat focus will only increase special damage not the burst of shock

    For me it's special damage, but others would say crit. The best stat focus for him, though, is the hulkbuster relic lol

    I do crit damage, the instant shocks are increased with direct proportion to crit damage. They actually do bares
