Why can't I link my Twitch account to Kabam?

Is anyone else having problems connecting their Twitch account to their Kabam account? I clicked on the in-game link, it took me to my Account Management screen and there's nothing I can do after that. It shows My Account (with my email) and Connections (Twitch), but it won't let me do anything after that. What gives, Kabam?
