I bought the 49.99 and it froze up and it did not reward me with the units or the gifts that come with it.. but it most definitely took the money out

    So on the online store I bought 3 99$ which came out to 106.43 usd and I was supposed to get 600 kraven points and they only gave me 371 the 600 should have giving me the titan nexus crystal at 500 points I need to have this fixed

    When you spend $100 it gives you 100 points in the Kraven event and 100 points in the normal event

    Have market point's but can't claim anything. It shows something went wrong. I did what it shows by sending mail about the problem but still it's not solved. Please solve the issue
