Skills and Mystics Rank Up Suggestions?

Hey guys. Just need your input. I have both a Mystic and Skill Rankup 2 to 3 gems. I'm trying to figure who to bring up to finish 8.4 and act 9. Any recommendations would be appreciated even if it's to hold off for certain champs. Thanks again.
