    Yep, I won't r3 (or even r2) my sisniter until he's duped, and probably not even then. I don't care about BG, and everywhere else I'd say he is better r5a max sig.

    I’ve been using my 7* Dazzler and can say that’s her damage is just insane, even at rank 1. A R3 Dazzler’s damage seems like it could get tuned down lol. Mr Sinister is amazing too so i’d say only take Dazzler to R3 id awakened over sinister. Most of her utility is in her awakening ability.
