  There's 10 more in the Accolades event, which we don't have details about(as far I know), coming soon. That's the last of the free ones tho.

  Whereelse we can get them? What about paid once, only in daily deals? Any banquet ticket from banquet event?

  There are no tickets from the banquet event itself, there are tickets from accolades, which speculation says that you get the ticket for each accolade gifted, aside from that there will be NO other way to get them, outside of paid offers.
