I just completed 8.3.6, what are the easiest and quickest ways to get 2 7 star rank 3s?

    Quickest, Act 9.1 exploration and Crucible. Easiest, Act 9.1 exploration and probably Act 8 exploration. Crucible is quick, but it's not easy if your roster is smaller.

    I just beat 8.3.6 as well and am wondering if I should use the r3 rank up materials I bought from the cyber deals now on 2 7*'s or if I should wait to see if I pull any better options somehow from banquet.
