  There are two options here:
  1) Kabam does not buff the drop rates (this is 99,99% the case) so waiting has no effect.
  2) Kabam does buff the drop rate and they compensate anyone who bought bad drop rates so buying now means you would get compensated (this will almost certainly not happen).

  I think there’s zero chance they adjust the drop rate… how would they possibly fairly handle that in a way that would make those who pulled immediately and those who waited content?
  
  Besides that, we are 2.5 hours into a 2-week event and we are already a quarter of the way through the realm milestones. I think Kabam is laughing its way to the bank.

  They can't change the rates now. They'll prolly just send out like 5 free crystals as an apology if we're lucky.
