Superior Crystal Offer in Summoners Market - Does it count as buying 10 crystals?

I want to buy the $50 offer in the summoners market (not directly in game) as it works our cheaper and you get 20 tickets along side the crystals. I was wondering, does this purchase count towards the 'buying' points? If it does it would be 4200 extra points towards milestones, if not it would only be 1200, which wouldn't be worth it!

Anyone who has purchased it can they confirm?

    Throught market and got 20 tickets as a bonus, allowing to get 2 more sup crystals!

    Crystal rewards can be disappointing but the progression rewards are great!

    Bought it, got enough shards for 2 new 7*'s, got more rewards and can now rank 5 2 6* and rank 2 2 7*'s. Considering it is 9500 units to chose a 7* this was definitely worth it!
