New fresh top alliance building 10-15M

I am planning to build a new top alliance with 30 solid members playing map 5*5 who have ratings over 300k and Prestige around 5k.
Rules would be. Full activity no sharings
Requirements would be completion and item use.
If any individual is interested to be part of the new setup and help us building the alliance is welcome. Any alliance merging is also welcome.
