Bug issue for too long

Its been more than 6 months and i am unable to view sp3 graphics. I thought this was a big issue until i saw youtubers using sp3 with graphics and then enquired about it with other alliance members and they also told me it works well for them. So many new characters have been introduced and i am unable to see the sp3 moves. I also get a lot of freezes and most of the times my attacks do no work or it triggers different move i.e. i go for light attack but it does heavy attack or blocks instead or i use special attack but nothing happens leaving me open for an attack by the opponent thus affecting my game play, making me loose and forces me to use resources that i usually would not need to. Am not one to complain but this has been going on for far too long. Also, I cant seem to access support from the main game as the game does not allow me to scroll down to that option.
