I’m stuck on who to choose

I currently have a 6-star r5 sig 200 Black Cat and I use her all the time, do I really need the 7 star?

I also plan on r3’ing my 7-star Peni Parker so do I really need Shocker?

I’d really like Man-thing to pair up with my Fully ranked 6-star Werewolf by night but is he the best choice?
