Realm event stage question icon?????

I hope Kabam is aware that if 3k Titan Shards are given in exchange for the question mark symbol in the Realm event, the hearts of the players will be broken. The crystal drops in this event were already a disappointment. Everyone knows this. Please do not deem such a small piece worthy of people who have supported you for 10 years and have established a family bond. Just sincere. I am expressing my opinion and it is an assumption. Please mislead me and us.
