I need help about who to rank up please

I'm kind of stuck with who to rank up. The dilemma between ranking up Hulking, CGR and Hercules to rank 5 or go with 7 stars like The Serpent, Isophyne or even Medusa. I know 7 stars are the future of the game so I'm kind of torn about what to do. Can you help me? What would you do?

    Where are you in progression? You have some good 7*'s here.

    If it were me (with this roster), I'd probably rank Medusa now, and plan to take up Isophyne and Shuri next in that order. Isophyne isn't quite top tier, but she does have a very good nullify and she's likely to be useful to you for. Long time.

    I even got a tech awakening gem from banquet but didn't know to put it on Shuri or Shocker. So Shocker woud be better?
