No alliance rewards

in Bugs and Known Issues
I can't claim the alliance rewards even though I had joined in time and completed all the milestones, but I can't claim any of these. Please help the event is almost over. It said you will be eligible for rewards after x time but I still can't claim anything at all.

    Nevermind I opened a smaller banquet crystal and all the rewards appeared
