How the game could be better

So here's this. I really enjoy playing this game. I've been playing it since 2015 I believe. But not consistently. Every time I download this game I end up deleting it because I just get bored with it. I believe it's too centered around "pay-to-win." Also, when you participate in arenas and such, winning the 3 or 4 star heroes is a good goal to shoot for, but it's just a little unrealistic. I think it should be just a little easier to obtain those heroes or at least easier to obtain the shards for the 3 or 4 star+ crystals. That would make this game much much much more enjoyable.

    Hello. I am also a long time player with a lot of bad luck pulls. I also generally complete the arenas but can not obtain the 4* hero due to the insane point scale. I get we have the beginners group and the veterans group. At some point, players need to be moved to another group that can support these “master grinders” so casual players have an opportunity to advance.
