Spiral's SP1 Being Blocked

I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but Spiral's SP1 gets blocked halfway through the animation. Is the team aware of this? @kabamcrashed

    I’ve noticed that if you heavy cancel into it then the sp1 will connect as normal until there’s a fix. Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere
