Crucible requires a lot of roster depth, I find you need a large amount of high level champs, story not so much, you just need a handful of good options and pick your paths, I’d go the story route first, up to you.

Yes, exactly. When crucible first came out my roster depth was nowhere near being able to take crucible confidently. But I was able to 100% act 8 and 9.1 with no issues. It's best to aim for that to get valiant then build roster to tackle crucible.
I did the crucible with a much weaker roster than yours using majority 6 and 5 star champions. You can do the crucible yes, as long as you plan what champion you are going to use for which fight and if you have a sufficient counter for some of the roadblock fights. Play the normal version of Crucible and get a feel for the path you are going to take, practice it with the specific champion you intend to use and you will do it just fine. Get some boosts and knock it out.
Try to do fights that don't need counters with weaker champs and save the heavy hitters for fights/mechanics you find difficult. I spent 5-6 min on some fights using rank 2-3 6* who work well for some fights so I could use my strong counters later for harder fights (I even ended up with a lot of my best champions unused but it's better to have unused champions than to run out of champions deeper into the path.
I used less than 15 revives even considering how weak my roster was and some stupid deaths. 100% act content wasn't possible for Valiant when I did Crucible however the Crucible is honestly the most fun and fair piece of "endgame"/rewarding content they have ever released.

I had less than 10 7* and you have like 30 along with great counters as 5 and 6 stars. You will be completely fine lmao
