So I recently purchased a revive and potions bundle from the summoners market.
The next time I went to play the game each time a fight was meant to start the loading screen wouldn’t disappear. The fight would start but I couldn’t see it as the loading screen was still there. This obviously caused my champion to be knocked out pretty quickly.
I exited the game, tried again and the same thing happened. I turned my devise on and off again and the same thing happened. I then re-downloaded the game and it still happened.
Now whilst this is annoying. What’s worse is kabams responce to me reporting it and asking to be either reimbursed the items Id wasted reviving and healing champs that had been KO’d due to the error, or asking for a refund in the bundle id bought and wasted on this issue.
I was told AS I HAVE USED THE ITEMS THERES NOTHING KABAM CAN DO!
I only used the items because of your software issues
For a game built around community it really feels like Kabam are just greedy robots who don’t actually give a toss about the players who hold this game up

Just a minute, maybe someone from Kabam answer you 👍
I’ve made accidental purchases a lot.. blame their stupid lag and daft positions for buying items with pop ups…
But as soon as I accidentally buy something, I just email in, and ensure I definitely do NOT use anything that was in that offer.
I have also accidentally purchased the revive bundle when I didn’t need it. Got it reimbursed the next day. But I didn’t use any heals or revives for 24 hrs.
Think chalk this one down to sadly lost units, but remember for future.
It could be bcos you are using an old device that cannot handle the load as mcoc is requiring more graphics processing power to properly run the game
I haven't encountered such an issue with both android and iOS devices
