Kabam customer service
So I recently purchased a revive and potions bundle from the summoners market.
The next time I went to play the game each time a fight was meant to start the loading screen wouldn’t disappear. The fight would start but I couldn’t see it as the loading screen was still there. This obviously caused my champion to be knocked out pretty quickly.
I exited the game, tried again and the same thing happened. I turned my devise on and off again and the same thing happened. I then re-downloaded the game and it still happened.
Now whilst this is annoying. What’s worse is kabams responce to me reporting it and asking to be either reimbursed the items Id wasted reviving and healing champs that had been KO’d due to the error, or asking for a refund in the bundle id bought and wasted on this issue.
I was told AS I HAVE USED THE ITEMS THERES NOTHING KABAM CAN DO!
I only used the items because of your software issues
For a game built around community it really feels like Kabam are just greedy robots who don’t actually give a toss about the players who hold this game up
