In-game Chat Scrolling

Now i don't know if this is just an issue for me, but i am no longer able to scroll down my friends list unless i tap on someones profile and scroll down from there, as to which is difficult in itself now. This wasn’t the case until recently for me, assuming this update has affected it. Not sure if this was intentional or device specific, but it’s definitely an annoyance.
