Middle can be considered all the ground between 2 ends. Everything between start and end points.

so let’s go according to this and take an EXAMPLE

your employer agreed to pay your salary towards middle of the month and gave it you 2 days before end of the month do you wait till then or demand your salary say on 16th or 17th?

I think maybe relax a bit. Personally I get paid on the 26th of the month every month unless the 26th is on a weekend or bank holiday then I get paid the Friday before hand. I wouldn’t accept a vague time period for when I get paid as being paid is critical. Us finding out the balance info on an exact date is not critical. Chill, we’ll find out when the info is available to share.

I wouldn’t mind even if they gave the balance update in the next livestream ( if they mentioned that they will share it in the livestream )

also the salary bit was just an example

Wait first of all If i take the job I AM AGREEING on payment day, second I got no idea where you are from; but where I am if they don't have a set paydate I can report this to the Department of Labor and pretty much make his life a living hell. So this is a terrible example
Now following your terrible example. Did you come to an agreement on the dates you will get the info? Or did they tell you and you just have no other choice than say "Ok so by the 16th"?

Your black and white thinking is inaccurate. Big cognitive distortion going on.
