Never got ranked rewards for last arena

Got passed the 150,000 threshold for the last arena, but never got any ranked rewards for it. When I look at the finished arena tab, it shows that I haven't earned any rewards from it. Is there anything I can do to get my rewards?

    put up a higher score. i hit all the milestones in the t4b arena (1.1m) but didn't get any rank rewards. what I put up was only enough to unlock the rank rewards, not enough to actually get them. if you're a newer player i understand how frustrating/annoying this can be with a limited roster. if you've been playing for a little bit, then like i said, put up a higher score lol.

    It takes awhile... it is not given out directly after the arena. Usually they come in spurts a few hours later ;)

    Also know if you rank in multiple ones they never come in at that same time... just be patient and you will get them within the next few hours ;)

    After 150k point u wuld always get somtimg in t4b. Ther No rank rewards.

    Put up a higher score? When you say stuff like that if shows that you either don't understand the game or don't have the reading comprehension to understand the question. The OP states he passed the arena minimum for at least some rank rewards. That means for falling in the 61-100% rank he should have gotten 74 4* shards and an arena boost crystal.

    To the OP: If you are truly missing rewards then file a ticket in game via the "Gear" icon on the home page of the game.

    Agreed. It is a real issue with people on this forum. Read title and maybe skim a few words and then reply... lol.

    But I think he is waiting for his rank rewards... I have not gotten mine from the last arenas yet either and I ranked in all of them. But yes I agree 100%... if by tomorrow he does not get those rank rewards then he should file a ticket... I just think if it was a regular arena that needed a couple hours ago then he will get them very soon.
