Silver Sable not converting shocks into passives on Sp2

I saw a post elsewhere that someone was using Silver Sable against ROL winter soldier and the traps weren't triggering so I thought I'd test mine.
Traps worked fine and triggered just as they should but when I launched the Sp2 I didn't get the passive shocks. Restarted the fight and tried again but same thing second time over. No shocks converted to passives on Sp2.
I recorded the second run if evidence is required
