in Bugs and Known Issues
I bought the sigil via web store planning to cancel immediately so that I could pay for the month to test its value. When I tried to manage the subscription through the app it said unavailable due to the subscription being carried through another platform. However, on the market it says subscription is managed through app. Not sure how to go by canceling.

    Although Summoner's Sgill payment is debited from my credit card and appears in Apple subscriptions, my membership does not appear active in the game.

    I am experiencing this also. I have been charged. I have the subscription in the App store and yet no functionality in the game after force closing app and rebooting mobile device.

    I have a very simple policy. Any company that makes it unnecessary difficult to unsub to something will never be bought again. Kabam.. you just made the list!!!

    I'm just curious, if I subscribe to the Sigil via the webstore, how difficult would it be to cancel the subscription to avoid recurring charges on my credit card?

    No button available to subscribe on the web store online when I login.
