Which of these 6* Champs should I ascend?

So I’d like some feedback on this. Next week I’ll have enough P-Dust to ascend another 6* and these are the ones I’m considering.

The two I’m considering the most are Jessica Jones and Chee’lth. I wanted Jess Jones so badly that when I got her a couple weeks ago I focused on ranking her max right away. She’s the only R5 on the list and I think she’s awesome.

Chee’lth is only R3 but I ranked her to that level right away because I need a strong bleed champion to beat 6.3.1’s Medusa (nothing is worse than getting to the end of that quest and realizing you should have read the node ahead of time because you have zero chance to beat the character with the champs you have. I really don’t want to wait to rank her up to R4 and I think she’s hands down a better choice for the boss than my 7* Black Panther or 6*R3 Black Cat (I tried with my 7 * Bullseye and he didn’t do squat, wrong kind of bleed I guess) and I don’t want to wait to rank up Venom. Ascending her will give her a jumpstart.

R2 Hercules is on the list because a friend showed me what he can do with the Heimdel synergy. But I had previously decided to wait til he’s duped to rank him up and I’m still leaning that way because I’ll be able to ascend again sometime around when I bring him to R5.

Row 2 are R4s that I think are all worthy. I also have R4 Tigra and R4 Spiral that I’d consider but I really haven’t gotten the feel of them yet.

Row 3 are the same but R3.

The left side of Row 4 are R2 considerations and the right side are R1s that I just got that I’m excited about. My totally maxed out 5* Enchantress has done beautiful things for me in BG but she’s falling behind with my 7*s taking over so ranking up the 6* is going to happen after the ones I’m focusing now (same with the others there based on what I’m hearing about them. I don’t think Enchantress needs to be duped. I didn’t notice her “charm” doing jack squat when I took it to 200 on my 5*. It would take me a while to rank them up so unless the feedback is overwhelmingly pointing to them I’ll probably wait.

While I’m leaning a certain way I’d really like the opinion of more experienced players. I hit Thronebreaker before finishing 6.1.1 so even though I have a strong Squad, I really need to step up my game.

For the stage of the game you’re at, Onslaught and Nefaria have much better range in terms of matchups they can take and damage they can deliver. Jess is cool and all but she won’t perform like the other two, just in terms of clearing a lot of tough content, getting around nodes, etc.

Since you haven’t done act 7, I would say torch, he destroys act 7, and decently useful in act 8, if you want to make act 8 easier and still keep act 7 easy but not as easy, then ascend onslaught

Thanks for sharing that. I’ve noticed Torch has countered some tough defenders in BG. But Silk has been decimating my defenders in the last two weeks. The Questing part is great to know, especially if Acts 7 and 8 are as troublesome as Act 6 with its evil evil nodes.

If I get a science awakening gem, would it benefit Spider-Punk or Jess more?

How do you get T2 dust? I can't seem to find any way of acquiring it apart from when events come round and it's in milestones.

I had 150 left over from whenever that last event was that dropped a crapload of stuff and I did subscribe to the Sigil store and I had enough sigil credits to buy the 25 you can get a week this week and next week.

I can afford $10 a month for the Sigil store. I’m not going to spend $30 or $40 on the online store for a pinch of primordial dust.

Doesn’t seem mean to me.

I’m just not that good yet. I just started watching the YouTube videos and such. When I first got to 6.1.1 mid year last year I decided I didn’t have the right characters to beat it and I put it aside til last month. I beat it, struggled through a couple chapters and now I have to beat Medusa in 6.3.1. The nodes always lead me to rank up up characters I didn’t know were as awesome as they were which is Chee’lth this time.

I think Bullseye, Medusa and Black Panther are the only ones that cause bleed. Bullseye’s are ineffective in 6.3.1, Medusa doesn’t produce enough of them and Black Panther would probably do the job but I think the 6 star Chee’lth will do more.

magneto cheeses cause sp3 has shrapnel bleeds that do a lot. Also take biohazard path cause it is full of robots.

she auto block might be a problem because if you touch their block about 5 times, you lose 25% of your health. That is why if you evade with bullseye and then sp1/sp2, your sp1/sp2 is unblockable and then those bleeds go through w/o you touching Medusa block and her auto block would not block diddly squat.

I ascended all and any champs that probably or won't make 7* anytime soon if ever, first. So Hercules, torch etc. Also trophy champs just because.

But there would have to be some contact to build up my special power, right? If I can’t hit her would I just try to let her attack and parry them?

Looks like there are 50 units of it right now as a reward for the new side quest they just posted.
