Absorbing Man in Necro

Had a question for folks who may have used him, as I've been using him for a little bit and I've got him as 6* 5/65 sig200 because of how good I'd heard he was for necro, but I don't know the exact strategy I should be using for the Aarkus fight which, along with Air-Walker, is why I brought Abs. I've seen a variety of posts and guides saying he's great, but I've found no videos of the fight with aarkus, which I don't quite know how to approach with all his power gain. Is it using Abs Man's ability power rate prevention through blocking? Do I just stop being a little **** and just block a bunch of specials? Is there a certain rotation that works best? Much confuzzle, help?

Either mode for Air Walker. Main thing is understanding the spacing on Air’s sp1. What you want to do is bait it so you aren’t touched by the first hit (his “shove” animation) and then block the energy wave thing — don’t dex it or you’ll get air’s debuffs on you.
The reason the spacing is so important is you want to / need to be able to counter Aw’s sp1 with your heavy to frequently knock him down. If you block both hits of the sp1, he pushes you too far back and then you have to knock him down with specials or hope you can parry / heavy, which you can’t do a lot of the fight because of the nodes or AW’s abilities (can’t remember the details).
The AW fight is stressful. If you don’t solo him, his power gain gets worse every time you revive (up to three or four revives, again can’t recall exactly). And the timer for his Galactus mode gets shorter. So the fight can get ugly quickly if you don’t take him out in one or two tries. Max boost, heal up fully to make the fight as safe as possible.
For airwalker stay in stone form and keep on launching sp1 and heavies. Block the last hit of specials to avoid dark tide.
