Kabam doesn't care about the negative image that global gives the game as long as everyone keeps spending. White supremacists, homophobes, misogynists... They're all over every global at any given time and kabam knows, but doesn't care.

This is hogwash. They care, they just can't prevent it in real time. Which is why it's important to report things and allow them to deal with it in time.
Spending has nothing to do with it. This isn't X (and now Meta), where spending buys you algorithms to push your political agenda. Don't even get me started on that.
Bottom line is, no one is looking the other way on racist or inappropriate behavior.

They care so much that they outsource the moderation of global chat to unpaid volunteers who have to take time out of their day to send a ticket. That's literally the only time they even bother to do anything about it and I can attest that from personal experience, their approach is a joke. I've reported countless white supremacists who espouse vile ideals like genocide and eugenics based ethnic cleansing. They're still happily yapping in global to this day.

Miss me with the "they care" sentiment when people get banned ONLY if certain conditions are met. Idk about you, but I've played quite a few other mobile games and it never ceases to amaze me how far behind MCOC is in this facet of the game. They're leagues behind their peers and I don't think they care because if they did, they'd make a concerted effort to clean it up. I don't fault anyone for opening the game, seeing hard Rs and homophobia spamming the chat and deciding this isn't the community for me.

Global has become an echo chamber not unlike 4chan for the same type of individuals there and seeing countless Kabam employees pop their heads in at times when stuff like this goes down and then nothing happens just further solidifies my view that they don't care. If staff can't be bothered to submit a ticket, do you really think most people will? I grew tired of it pretty quickly as it just became an effort in futility and I certainly don't get rewarded for my efforts. So now, if I have the time, I just counter ignorance with facts and point them in the direction of proof to support it. Not much else anyone can do. As aforementioned, reporting is time consuming and unrewarding, unpaid labor that kabam refuses to take on. So how exactly do you justify the statement "no one is looking the other way?"

Just file a ticket with support and move on. There is nothing anybody on the forums can do about this.

Please stop bringing global chat drama here. Most people are on the forums because they enjoy talking about the game, but prefer to do so in a place that has some degree of moderation (at least for five days a week). If you want to be a part of that, wonderful, we welcome you. But we’re not here to talk about interpersonal beef on global.

When someone replies with the idea that reporting something egregious is some form of working for free and that they pick and choose what actions they take, then that response is appropriate.
It's the Internet. You're going to run into things from time to time that are wrong. Fortunately, there is a system here that is intended to deal with that. You may have various feelings and opinions on the efficacy of the system, but if you refuse to take the actions within that system to deal with things, then your complaints are entitled at best.
