The Maker Character Idea

The Maker is a very prevalent character in current comics right now and one of my favorite villains so I thought up some ideas for him my design was a more so defensive threat with use on attack I also made him have similarities to Mr Fantastic (for obvious reasons).
The Maker (Tech) - The Maker has armor ups that gives him access to power drain, auto block, and power burn. Maker can stack up to 10 permanent armor ups any armor ups gained after that will have a cooldown till expiring. He can gain armor ups in several ways
1. Parrying the opponent gives him 2. (On defense if they hit his block he gets 1 armor).
2. Ending an attack with his second medium gives 1.
3. If the opponent try’s gaining a buff that his debuffs counteract it will give him 1. (On defense he gets 2).
When he has 1 or more armor up buffs he will power drain the opponent if they use a special and have more than 50% of a bar of power left. If the maker has more than 10 armor ups he will auto block specials and go back down to 10 armors. If The Maker has 10 armor ups and ends a combo with a light attack he will lose all of his armors and apply a power burn on the opponent that will burn 1 bar of power. which is paused during specials.
The Makers debuffs - The makers debuffs counter Prowess, regen, and unblockable. If the opponent were to gain one of these buffs, passive or not he will place a red version of it on the opponent that reduces the ability accuracy of it by 50% if they were to gain that buff again the debuff will turn into a passive that reduces the ability accuracy of gaining it again by 100% if they were to try gaining it again they would get a debuff placed on them that would counteract it instead. For example the prowess would be turned into a Cowardice, regen would turn into a Petrify and unblockable would turn into a Deflectable debuff (reduces blocked attack damage).
Specials -
Special 1 - Sp1 will increase the potency of the power burn and give you 4 armor.
Special 2 - Sp2 will do increase damage and burst damage while the power burn is active.
Special 3 - Sp3 will give Maker 10 armor ups and inflict the opponent with a power burn that will burn all of the opponents power.
Immunities - The maker is immune to shock and neuroshock
Duped Ability - if Maker reaches 20 armor ups the opponent will experience a power explosion causing Maker to steal 5%-50% of the opponents power.

Just read through your maker idea. Yours is definitely more in depth and very well thought out and we had similar ideas on things like power control and neuroshock immunity I definitely like yours more then mine by far though
