iPad loading screen persists after update

After opening game from the App Store the loading screen flashes and does not load despite battle noise in the background. I have lost several battles in alliance quest and in battlegrounds due to this issue.

Device: iPad Pro
OS: iPadOS 17.6.1
Cellular or WiFi: WiFi
Game version: Latest game version as of 12:35 EST
Game mode: Battlegrounds and Alliance Quest (possibly more)
Champions affected: All
Boosts: None
Description: After opening game from the App Store the loading screen flashes and does not load despite battle noise in the background. I have lost several battles in alliance quest and in battlegrounds due to this issue.

    The update came through. All is well aside from losing units to revive my dead champs in aq.

    Is anyone ever going to look into this? It’s the same issue in AW, which invariably fixes itself, but there is no compensation for boosts, revives, etc. I have video of this now , where can I submit it?

    Same here. I left my alliance over it. Some days AQ/AW are impossible due to flickering/loading. Hopefully next update will have a solution

    Now it’s doing it in all modes. I guess Kabam doesn’t want me to play anymore. Pity, I was about to buy some units too.

    This has been happening since last Nov 2024, specially to iPad users. I lost so many fights because of this flashing and hanging bug. The most annoying thing is that it usually happens on AW, AQ and Battlegrounds fights. So far, Kabam doesn't even acknowledge what's causing this problem.

    Before I quit the game completely I am going to start a new thread and reference this one. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll acknowledge it.

    It’s mind boggling that it’s gone this long without an acknowledgment. Thankfully my alliance understands and isn’t mad at me for costing so many deaths in war. But I’ve spent a lot of units reviving dead or low health champs in AW and AQ, I’ve lost BG fights and victory shields because of it.     When are you going to fix this bug, seriously?
    We lose fights and sheaves without launching the fight?
    We don't get any compensation, but to prevent money, you seem to have found the right recipe!

    This bug is not back, it's ALWAYS been there since Nov 2024. Kabam is unable to fix it.
