  Bishop will do better in questing, Havok can take some annoying fights, but overall Bishop will probably be better, Havok is a better defender IMO but you obviously don't do AW/BGs.

  I wouldn't say Havok is a better defender. As long as you bait heavy attacks, most people can manage Havok. Plenty of people mess up against Bishop.

  Both require a specific counter on defense. I prefer bishop on attack especially against skill champs that shrug parry stuns.

  Havok is definitely not a better defender. For the most part I’ve always found him easily manageable as long as I brought a champ with armor ups. Bishop is tricky regardless with very few champs being able to walk out a fight unscathed.
  
  Bishop is also extremely fun far as questing goes. The fact that he can carry over his power reserves fight to fight is nice. Especially if you can manage building up prowess

  Havok is probably the better choice for competitive modes but it’s close, but since it’s for only general questing bishop is the best pick and it’s not even close. Major damage, carries over power to the next fight, had some regen. Amazing champ for questing

  All havok does in bgs is being a onslaught counter. Your opponent likely have atleast 4 techs who counter havok. His damage is great, but lackluster for bgs.
  
  Bishop on other hand is a great champ. Lot's of utilities, great damage (against skills he don't need to crit), and counters annoying defendeds like korg and bullseye. Also arguably a wayy better defender
