Ironheart SP1 Vulnerability Reducing Damage Instead of Increasing It

Simply as described in the title. Her basic hits and damage over time debuffs do about a third less damage after using her SP1 than they do without the Vulnerability passive applied.

    Before and after SP1 photos. The basics don't seem to be as harshly affected when they crit, which leads me to think it is raising rather than lowering their resistance on application.
