  You post doesn't specify what new content you are looking for. There was new monthly quest and side quest that dropped today, so there was new content that dropped today. Seems like you already knew what new content dropped today. Good to know you ask a question that you already knew the answer to and critized everyone else who tried to help.   However, I’ll entertain your comment. You said there was Everest content next week or the week after.
  But that’s the future, of which I am not currently in. So in the present, the now, there no new content except a rinse and repeat event quest. And one of the worst side quests ever, which consists of 10 fights in other practically no rewards.

  Well since you openly admit your nothing more than a wet blanket that can't read and openly just tries to antagonize everyone, since there's no "new" content today, go touch some grass outside or something. Seems more your speed. You've been here plenty long enough in the game (I'm assuming) to know full well new content for endgame has never ever dropped day 1 of a new update in the history of the game. Your just literally complaining to complain.

  I’m looking forward to the new changes when they come into effect. But when I log in on the ‘new content Wednesday’ to find nothing to do in the game I’m very disappointed

  However, I’ve not specified any new regularity of content dropping.
  
  The old tried and tested new side quest per
  Month was decent. We moved away from that to a frankly terrible mysterium currency and store with no original game modes.

  It’s true - if you take the forums, Kabam are doing a stellar job.
  
  Not only are they retaining the blissfully content players, they’ve also still got a solid grip on players who are furious with at least 50% of what they do. Or don’t do, for that matter.

  100% true. Obviously I have no affiliation with Kabam, but when I used to be affiliated with another company, and there'd be a bunch of incensed reddit threads about some aspect of the company, that only signaled how much those people who were shouting "I'm leaving!" were actually compelled, for one reason or another, to keep being customers. What you don't want is radio silence. Contrary to OP's understanding, silence is what shows people are no longer interested, not continuous negative engagement. As far as companies are concerned, that's just fine with them.
