Game does not load

Been having the game stuck on the most recent loading screen, even after Ive deleted and re installed the game and completely restarted my phone It wont load. Completely stuck loading. Im hoping the kabam team can fix this soon? Anyone else having the same issue?

    Game Version Installed: I updated the app on February 4th - and started with the new Summoner’s Sigil
    Game Mode: ALL
    Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

    Today, I can’t start the game. After the ‘Login in’-screen, I get stuck on the loading screen. The newest one, with the new Falcon in front of Captain America, the Deathless as shadows in the background.
    The animation of the spinning wheel goes on and I hear the music tune that goes with it.

    The facts and tips change everytime I restart the game (on my iPad. On my Xiaomi 14 Ultra they remain the same) - I have always play the game on my iPad, but this time I installed it on my Android phone, to see if it would be affected too. Unfortunately, I can’t play it there either.

    I haven’t missed a single day since I started playing again, in June last year. It would suck if my streak gets broken because of this.

    Hope it won’t take you much longer to fix this issue.

    I have the same issue. Been trying to log in since the morning but can’t go past the loading screen. Keep getting an error for unable to connect. Tried restarting the app, my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but still no change.

    I am having the same issue since Feb 6 too. kabam still do not have solution. cannot access the game for 3 days already.

    Been waiting for any communication from Kabam regarding this but nothing.

    So frustrating cause it’s the end of the season and I’m pretty sure I would have been kicked out of my alliance by now for not logging in (don’t use any separate app to chat). And will miss out on all rewards I’d been contributing towards.

    The game is working again for me. After a few tries with the steps Kabam support told me to follow, they reset something in the background (I think). And now I can log in without a problem.

    I hope they give us compensation for this.

    For me, the game is working again, as of this morning. My progress on this month’s calendar was interrupted, resulting in 5 days missed. Further, the progress on my Goldpool’s Daily Card was also interrupted. I have missed 4 days of 150.000 gold, thus 600.000 gold (unfortunately the list doesn’t show all four days, only two). And of course, I have missed each days Daily Super Events, which I normally almost everyday complete.

    I have never had issues with the game before, but this was most unfortunate. Restoring the missed items would be the least Kabam could do as a sort of compensation, in my humble opinion.
