Disconnected issue during 2nd log in screen

I cannot log into my mcoc account since yesterday, February 6 2025.
When i opened the app, it will load until the 2nd screen log in then an error message would appear. It says "Lost Connection. You have been disconnected. Please check your connection then try again."
I tried clearing my game data in settings.
Uninstalling the game then reinstall.
2 different wifi connections and 2 different network data connections.
Then i tried to create new game after reinstalling, i was able to enter and play the game. After playing the tutorials. Tried to log into my kabam mcoc account, i got the same issue again, got the lost connection error again.
Please help.
Already emailed support but have not been solved yet.

did anybody ever encountered this problem before?
still got no words from Kabam yet.
I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app and my phone, along with using different networks. But still stuck on this error message.
Waiting to hear back from Kabam.
Info like original game id. Never changed mine as far as i know
Date of first in store or market place purchase.
Date when account was created.
The email address.
Country and city
Still waiting for their response.
I cannot log in right after the start of the new events. Was able to access the game after the update. Not really sure Kabam is aware of the problem really since only a few of us are experiencing this?
also. the support informed me that they have received increased in tickets currently, thus, delay in replying to my concern.
that's 3 days worth of farming units.
