Disconnected issue during 2nd log in screen

I cannot log into my mcoc account since yesterday, February 6 2025.
When i opened the app, it will load until the 2nd screen log in then an error message would appear. It says "Lost Connection. You have been disconnected. Please check your connection then try again."
I tried clearing my game data in settings.
Uninstalling the game then reinstall.
2 different wifi connections and 2 different network data connections.

Then i tried to create new game after reinstalling, i was able to enter and play the game. After playing the tutorials. Tried to log into my kabam mcoc account, i got the same issue again, got the lost connection error again.
Please help.
Already emailed support but have not been solved yet.

    i am using android device. version 14. is it account related?

    i felt a little relieved that i am not the only 1 having the issue. but Kabam support is taking too long to respond. 2nd day that i do not have access to the game. it just happened on the day of the new event and side quests.

    did anybody ever encountered this problem before?

    I am also getting the same error prompt (lost connection. Check connection and try again) since yesterday.

    I have tried restarting and reinstalling the app and my phone, along with using different networks. But still stuck on this error message.

    Waiting to hear back from Kabam.

    No resolution yet as of date. But Kabam support has been keeping in touch, asked me some account info for them to do some configurations to my account.
    Info like original game id. Never changed mine as far as i know
    Date of first in store or market place purchase.
    Date when account was created.
    The email address.
    Country and city
    Still waiting for their response.

    I've followed all these steps of support at least 6 times and so far it hasn't worked. When I finished the tutorial and tried to access my account, the game was stuck on the infinite loading screen again. This problem started after the last update. Other users are reporting the same issue on the Kabam forum. I've already tested it on other devices and other internet networks. In other words, it's a problem with the game. I believe a new update to fix this and other errors is necessary. It is unacceptable for me, the consumer, to spend money on the game and not be able to play. I await a solution of Kabam.

    Yeah. That's what's happening. But it seems not the majority is being affected. In my alliance, i am the only one having this issue.
    I cannot log in right after the start of the new events. Was able to access the game after the update. Not really sure Kabam is aware of the problem really since only a few of us are experiencing this?

    I'm having the same problem too. I made a completely fresh account to see if it's a problem with the app but the fresh account works perfectly fine but as soon as I go to login to my main account it just says I'm disconnected from my router and that I need to check it

    though of this actually. but i do not have direct contact with mcoc yt streamer. planning to share this link actually and just comment to any yt streamer and ask for help. hope they would notice us even though we are only few users. or are there any other threads there that has more posts/comments than this, we can share that thread instead.

    got an email from support and asked some lacking info regarding my first real money in game purchase's date and amount. i've deleted my email since the only time i purchased in store was year 2017. then the support told me that i can view it in my google play store payment history. so i just sent the info just now.
    also. the support informed me that they have received increased in tickets currently, thus, delay in replying to my concern.

    i can finally access my account. not sure if it was fixed by kabam support or what. create your ticket and follow up from support. will try ask for 3 day compensation. good luck to us.

    Same for me. I think Kabam reset something in background and now the log in works again.

    that's 3 days worth of farming units.
