I just got a Mutant Awakening Gem—should I use it on Mister Sinister or Dazzler?

I’m not too familiar with Dazzler, so I’d love to hear your thoughts on these two. Who do you guys think is more worth awakening?

    Dazzler at some point will be able to be duped via crystals. I'm not aware of any other way to dupe Sinister, yet...

    Yes, Dazzler will be in the Titan pool in March. Sinister needs the awakening gem for the foreseeable future.
