Didn't receive the Spidey SE rewards!!

This is really frustrating as I had put planned 1.8 mil on the board and haven't yet received the rank rewards as usual, it does show my rank as 26k but am still waiting, i hope I get my rewards, its quite scary

Did you file an in game ticket? Announcing this on the forum will not effect a solution. I truly hope you get your rewards, but make sure you file a ticket for them.
