  It was 6% regen rate at rank 1 and now at rank 2 slot 20 it’s still 6%. Don’t really notice any difference in other stats either - apart from awakened ability as not sure what that said before.

  The rank only increases her base ability(Here the amplify potency).
  
  You have to level up the slot separately with embers. New rann gives more levels to upgrade. Just like champ upgrade with cats and level up with iso

  Yes I’ve levelled up the slot to max - 20. Hasn’t changed anything so going from 10 - 20 the Regan you get hasn’t changed

  I looked at my Scarlet Witch relics and the r2 6* and r4 5* versions both have 6% regen, so, even though the value is green, which generally means it increases with ranking up, this one does not appear to increase

  Scarlett is better on someone like Shathra. Don’t quote me but I think ghost rider is better on Kushala

  That value is like the crit bonus on gambit. Its static and doesn't change
