4* Kingpin

I just pulled a 4* kingpin from a premium crystal. Not sure how useful or powerful he is. Any info?

    He's not that great, requires a lot of debuffs to be placed on him before he actually feels powerful and even then it's not guaranteed he will shrug said debuffs off. He is an okay skill character but a very average champ in my opinion.

    Thanks for your input. Don’t wanna waste a bunch of iso on garage
