Medusa on far right not giving charges?

As the title says fighting Medusa in Raids on 2nd section and don't seem to be building charges. I've went in twice so if anything should have 2. Did the promts quite a few times and still shoes 1.

    No, it’s been happening since the beginning of raids.

    Didn't notice it during deathless raids but was always on center path.

    So giving charges but a lot slower than the Hood fight. Doesn't seem to be doubling like they said
